'Where could Troy lose his toy?' is an illustrated puzzle book for children. No doubt 'visual flavours' played a major role here.
GRAPHIC DESIGN
The creation of the book was entirely designed with AimVisia's 'visual flavours'. Troy is a dog that keeps getting distracted and misplaces his toy. He was illustrated in various arrangements throughout the book. Each page has his toy hidden somewhere in a new scenario for the reader to find.
This project was a design for print. The aim was for the book cover to have embossed elements and the book pages to be glossed.
COLOUR SCHEME
The colour palette for the book is very bright and colourful, although the tones are matt. The colours are presented in subtle gradients, adding a slightly dimensional style and feel to the illustrations while keeping them two-dimensional.
